Very good! My husband and kids love them. The dough is easy to work with when chilled.
I really liked that these were tender but not at all too sweet. If you want them to remain soft make sure to remove them from the oven before any browning occurs. And, get them off the cookie sheet before too much cooling as they have a tendency to stick.
These are great. I made something similar when I was teen from a betty crocker set of recipes books and they were sour cream drop cookies but they had a sugar/cinnamon mix sprinkled on top. No rolling and cutting necessary
