This is a quick and easy recipe to assemble and uses easily obtainable ingredients. I successfully halved the recipe and substituted red pepper for green peppers. It didn't specify what type of cracker crumbs, so I used Ritz Crackers. I baked it exactly 35 minutes as the recipe specified and it was perfect. Katrina, thank you for sharing your Grandma's delicious family recipe!
This recipe was just OK for me. I made it for Christmas, and, unfortunately, most of the pan remained after my whole family went through the buffet line.
This recipe is very easy to make plus it's very good. My son said whats in this it's really good. He liked it much better than plain corn. Your G'ma had a good one here. Thanks for posting Katrina!
Excellent!! I used 2 cans of fiesta canned corn (peppers already inside) and sprinkled some cracker crumbs on top - AWESOME!! We truly enjoyed this dish for Thanksgiving!
Love it! I made this for a family get-together, followed recipe exactly and it was a hit. I have made it with American cheese also and it was just as good.
Excellent flavor! It was a bit dry, so I think I will add more milk next time - but there will definitley be a next time!
I've made this for yearss after finding it in a church cookbook. It is always a lifesaver when you need a fast & easy sidedish that most everone always enjoys. I usually don't use the peppers.
Very yummy! Even my super picky husband said he loved it. That doesn't happen very often!
very nice corn dish..everyone loved it.. will make again..Thanks
