Just something I throw together when I want some fruit.
- 1 granny smith apple, peeled and chopped (approx. 1 in. pieces, about 145 grams)
- 50 g mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented (about 165 grams)
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Combine the oranges and apples and toss in the raisins. Mix in the lemon juice and chill.
- About 1/2 hour before serving, remove from refrigerator if you don't like your fruit really cold. Add some sugar or artificial sweetener if you'd like.
