My Favorite Tuna Salad

"My mom used to make tomatoes stuffed with tuna salad so I've always liked the tuna / tomato flavor combination, but I found them a little hard to eat since the tomato wedges were so large. I recently created this recipe which I love. The apple cider vinegar is a key ingredient in that it cuts down on the fishy taste of the tuna fish. I make tuna fish sandwiches with this. Enjoy."

I created a cookbook program in Access as a wedding gift for my nephew. I found an artist to hand paint a recipe box for my nephew and I printed out 170 recipes on photo cards and created indexes for the recipe categories. I had so much fun creating the database and they really loved it. I became a little obsessed in looking for and trying new recipes.
