I made this but without the chocolate.... amazing, light as air, fantastic taste... just what I was looking for...

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Beat in sugar.
  3. Fold in all other ingredients.
  4. Put small walnut-sized dollops on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let cool and eat.
