What a deliciously moist carrot cake! And I loved the magic topping. I followed the directions, except that I baked my cake in a Bundt pan. If baking in a Bundt pan, remember to allow the cake to cook for about 10 minutes, before turning out onto a serving plate. Thank you Bunlady for a wonderful cake!
