I've never made the crust exactly as directed, but I've used this filling recipe a number of times and it's always great. I like the bit of cinnamon and the lemon rind in the filling.
Easy and good. I used a ready-made crust and a crumb top (personal family preference) of 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. butter pulsed in the food processor.
