A great combination of fruit flavors that gives you lots of energy. This is a very filling smoothie as well. I put a raspberry or orange yogurt bar in it, but any kind of frozen yogurt would work.
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup frozen raspberries, pr frozen blueberries or 1 cup frozen blackberries or 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen yogurt (or 1 yogurt bar)
- 5 drops vanilla extract
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on medium until smooth. Add ice cubes or more frozen fruit to thicken it up.
