This is my dad's special type of egg curry, different from other types of Indian egg curries.. Tastes totally different.

  1. There are two parts: Frying the eggs and gravy part.
  2. Eggs: First fry the boiled eggs in vegetable oil until light golden-brown. Keep them aside.
  3. Gravy: put some cumin in hot vegetable oil till they crackle and put the sugar inches Put the sliced onions, chopped garlic and dry chillies. fry for 2 minutes till golden brown. Then add some cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste(s). Add water and let it cook for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Then add the eggs to the gravy and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
