When I'm craving chocolate chip cookie dough i eat this instead for a healthier but delicious alternative, its deff not the 'cookie' your after but i find that it fills my craving and i feel alot better about it :) soo good!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 medium banana (try for one that mashes easily but has no brown)
  • 2 teaspoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mash banana to desired texture (i like mine with lumps).
  2. Add in chocolate chips.
  3. Voila! either enjoy now, or freeze to desired doneness.

This was a nice snack. It was quick and easy to make. I followed the recipe other then I used milk chocolate chips. Made for Spring PAC 2012

This is the most amazing little dessert ever! You can't over eat because it is just one banana, it fills that dessert craving, but isn't crazy caloric. I like bananas that are a little more firm, so I had to microwave my banana, this made it softer and when I added the chocolate it made it melt a little. I also added 5 or 6 almonds (un-roasted). Amazing!
