This is an adaptation from a 'Sizzler' dish called Malibu Chicken. It features a lovely chicken breast topped with ham and melted swiss cheese. It is best served with a tangy honey mustard sauce and fresh steamed vegetables.

  1. Grill or fry chicken breasts until cooked through.
  2. Spread hollandaise sauce over each breast - this helps to keep it moist.
  3. Top with ham and swiss cheese.
  4. Grill until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with your favourite vegetables or a salad and dipping sauce.

Very filling!! A little salty though. I put a little sauce on top too. Tastey.

This was so quick and easy!!! The only change I made was to season the chicken first. I used a chicken rub made by "Tom Douglas" I will be making this often. Made for PAC Fall 2007.
