My Caper Vinaigrette

"This is so good and simple. Excellent on just about anything... I recommend salads though!"

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 1/2 cup

ingredients

• 1 tablespoon capers (drained)
• 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil

directions

1. Puree the capers, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
2. With the machine running, add oil slowly until emulsified.
