- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 0.61 ml salt
- 1.64 ml Dijon mustard
- 2.46 ml honey
- 22.18 ml balsamic vinegar
- 22.18 ml olive oil
- 59.14 ml pine nuts
- 56.69 g ham (minced)
- 453.59 g cabbage (shredded)
- 141.74 g spinach (stemmed, torn)
directions
- Whisk together the garlic, salt, Dijon, honey, balsamic and oil.
- Spread pine nuts in an iron skillet. Heat until toasted.
- Add ham. Sauté until crisp.
- Add cabbage. Cover. Cook 8 minutes.
- Add spinach. Sauté until just wilted.
- Toss in vinaigrette.
- Serve warm.
