These mashed potatoes are a favorite among family and friends.
- 5 lbs potatoes (skins on)
- 16 ounces extra-light vegetable oil spread (Fleischmann's made with Olive oil)
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- garlic salt
- Dice potatoes and boil on stove top till done.
- Add olive oil butter, milk and garlic salt.
- Mash with electric mixer.
