My Best Eggless Eggnog

"My mom used to make this when I was growing up....you never miss the eggs. Some of the ingredients may not sound like they should be in eggnogg but trust me it's delicious. Try it, you won't be sorry."

  1. Everyone who uses this recipe should be aware that FRENCH vanilla ice cream DOES contain eggs. If you are allergic, or a strict vegan, substitute regular vanilla.

  2. I had to split the recipe in half so it will fit in my blender. I used 1/4 gallon of Breyer's French Vanilla Ice Cream(you have to buy two tubs to fulfill this recipe) because of its great taste and simple ingredients. I added 1 tsp of cinnamon and 3 tsp of nutmeg to the whole recipe which would be 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1 1/2 tsp of nutmeg for the half batch. I blend all ingredients on high for 5 minutes to get it smooth. As noted by kai'smom04, you do not miss the eggs which is safer for us to drink and I don't like having any alcohol in our drinks which is another added bonus. This is the best and easiest Eggnog recipe. To kai'smom04, many thanks for sharing this amazing family recipe. We really appreciate it :0)

  4. This really does taste like regular eggnog. It actually tasted better than the one we bought. Thanks kal'smom04. Bullwinkle.
