I like this recipe because it is a double recipe. It can be made to enhances the beef while marinating overnight. I also recommend this recipe can be made as a sauce to brush on beef while grilling. Good stuff from when I lived in the MidWest. I did change onion powder from original recipe that called for a half of white onion. Makes a yield of 1 1/2 Cups Sauce or Marinade

  1. Mix all ingredient together in blender on pulse for 6 hits of the pulse or til well combined.
  2. As Marinade: Soak beef - 2 lbs Overnight in a zipper bag flat in fridge.
  3. -Or-.
  4. As Sauce: Brush on beef, or kaboobs while grilling. Refrigerate unused portion.
  5. Safety reminder: Never, Never reuse marinade as sauce! Discard Marinade int rubbish immediately after marinating meat! Thank you :).
