Excellent! The only things that I did different is that I used basmati rice, didn't add the chili powder, and as soon as the liquid was boiling well with the rice, I covered it and put it into a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Turned out perfect!

Made for Spring 2010 PAC I liked this very much, however, for me, it came out a bit too mushy, but I accept full responsibility for that, I may have overcooked the rice. The flavor was terrific and I will make this again.
