- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

- In a shallow bowl combine the butter, mustard and garlic salt. In a another shallow bowl combine the bread crumbs, tarragon and pepper. Dip chicken into the butter mixture then coat with crumb mixture. Place in an ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear.
