Thanks, evewitch, for a great recipe. Only change I made was to use maple syrup because I served it with #42362 Pecan Salad, which called for the syrup. Also. parboiled the ribs instead of baking first which I do so most of the fat is removed before baking.

  1. Heat oven to 325' F.
  2. Place ribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  3. Bake uncovered 1 hour.
  4. Mix molasses and mustard.
  5. Stir in vinegar.
  6. Brush ribs with this sauce.
  7. Bake ribs an additional 45 minutes (until tender), uncovered, brushing frequently with sauce.
