This is not a low-calorie dish, but it is well worth the splurge. From Betty Crocker's New Cookbook.
- Heat oven to 325' F.
- Place ribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- Bake uncovered 1 hour.
- Mix molasses and mustard.
- Stir in vinegar.
- Brush ribs with this sauce.
- Bake ribs an additional 45 minutes (until tender), uncovered, brushing frequently with sauce.
Thanks, evewitch, for a great recipe. Only change I made was to use maple syrup because I served it with #42362 Pecan Salad, which called for the syrup. Also. parboiled the ribs instead of baking first which I do so most of the fat is removed before baking.
