- 2267.96 g potatoes (yukon gold, red, or russert)
- 1 medium onion
- 709.77 ml mayonnaise
- 3 stalk celery
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 medium green pepper
- 44.37 ml cider vinegar
- 14.79 ml pickle juice
- 44.37 ml yellow mustard
- 9.85 ml sugar
- celery salt
- pepper
directions
- cube potatoes and boil until tender. dice all veggies. mix mayo, vinegar, pickle juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar. mix together while potatoes are warm 3/4 dressing and refrigerate overnight. add remaining dressing before serving.
