I don't remember when or where I got this, but it taste really good on fish or chicken.
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons mustard (I use yellow prepared but you can use your favorite)
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- Mix well.
- Store in fridge until ready to use.
This is a really nice all-purpose grilling sauce; for my tastes I will probably half the butter with olive oil and maybe add a tiny bit of onion. I'm also going to prepare this recipe again and drizzle on some fresh peas or asparagus; I think it would make a really good butter sauce for veggies! Thanks so much, Spyder-man!
