  1. Steam or boil green beans until just crisp-tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Melt butter in skillet or saucepot and add mustard.
  4. Toss beans to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot.

Simple and delicious. I served these with recipe #31303 and #3057. They were perfect. I had to use frozen green beans and can't imagine how good they would be if they were fresh.
