This is very good served on grilled beef and other meats.

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet, add shallots and garlic; cook until soft, cool.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix until combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Scrape into the center of a piece of waxed paper and roll into log; refrigerate until firm, use to season grilled meat.

I made this to go with BBQ Steak. I added 1/2 tsp grainy mustared as well as all the other ingredients. Fabulous. Thanks for a great posting.

This was good but a tad hot from the mustard. I didn't let it sit in the fridge long, so that may be the problem. Thanks Barb!
