This is great on a bun with smokies, hamburgers, on steak whatever. It is best if you make it about 1 week in advance. See Bavarian Smokies With Mustard Butter using this recipe
- 1⁄2 lb butter, softened
- 1⁄3 cup parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons german grainy mustard
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- In your food processor cream together all the ingredients until fluffy.
- Store in a sealed pint jar in the fridge.
