- 1⁄4 cup margarine or 1⁄4 cup butter, Softened
- 1 tablespoon parsley, Snipped
- 2 tablespoons mustard, Prepared
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion salt
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spoon onto hot patties.
Very good. I used half the batch as written on some steamed leeks. To the second half I added some garlic and let it melt over hot steaks. A nice standby to keep in the fridge.
