Here's a nice butter variation that can be used on top of grilled meats or as a baste during grilling. From the Ultimate Grill Cookbook.
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 4 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄3 cup parsley, chopped
