  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Combine the hot roll mix, yeast packet, mustard, and cheese; add water, 1 egg and butter, stirring until blended.
  • Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 5 minutes or until smooth.
  • Cover and let rest 5 minutes.
  • Cut dought into 18 pieces.
  • Roll each piece of dough on a lightly floured surface into a 14" rope; twist into a pretzel shape.
  • Place on lightly greased baking sheets. Brush with remaining egg and sprinkle with Kosher salt.
  • Bake at 400 for 14 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve warm.

OK lets see...My name is Diane and I'm married to a wonderful guy -- going on 20 years. We have 2 kids -- 1 daughter and 1 son a 70lb german shepard, a fat cat and a very snobby cat! I work a couple of days a week in the Loop and the rest of my time is spent sitting at the kids sporting events. I love to try new recipes. Luckily, hubby will try just about anything. The kids aren't so eager about that, but are generally very good sports about it!
