This uses Balsamic vinegar of Modena Monari Federzoni

Directions

  1. Gently fry the garlic in the oil for a minute or two, without browning.
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook for two minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the Balsamic vinegar of Modena Monari Federzoni, and wine, and cook for an additional two minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper and serve with slices of fried soya bread.

WOW! Great flavor and very easy. We had this as a side with beef tenderloin steaks. My only regret is that I only made a half recipe! These would go good with just about any meat or chicken. Made for Fall 2008 PAC.
