      Pretty bland overall. Did not stand out with anyone at my table last night. We all agreed it was lacking something. I might try some red pepper flakes instead of the black pepper next time. Will post back if I get favorable reviews with that substitution.

      WOW! These are awesome! I've never made stuffed mushrooms but now they will be made often. I did add a little cheese into the filling and the rest I put on the top. My husband (my main taste tester) said these were excellent!! Thanks! Sharon

      While not a mushroom fan per say, I fixed this as an appetizer for some friends last night. Totally yummy! Will make this one again. As a vegetarian I did skip the bacon though :)
