  1. I followed the recipe exactly, using a hand sliced portabello mushroom. I could have sliced it thinner if I used the food processor slicer blade, but I was being lazy. I turned out fabulous and I served the mushrooms topped on some pasta.

  2. I made this using crimini's (Baby Bella's) and a heart healthy margarine with a little added garlic powder. Simply delicious along side grilled fish.

  3. I really liked the flavors...but the DH didn't care for it...this is so quick to prepare...I think it would be perfect on a burger or even in a french dip...I served it as a side dish with a chicken Cordon Bleu...and a delicious scalloped potato...made for FYC tag game...

  4. Portobello mushrooms go over well at our house, so we really loved this, and the parmesan gives it that extra something. It made a great side dish for tonight's dinner. I bet it would work equally well doing it on the BBQ also.

  5. Easy and great. I used baby bellas. Fast and I loved that it was just a few ingredients. Thanks for sharing! Culinary Quest '14
