I have not tried this yet, but this simple dish sounds delicious. This was taken from an Italian web site for our ZTW 7 tour of Italy.

Just delicious! I used baby bellas and added a hint of garlic. The portobello mushrooms are a little bit firmer than button mushrooms, which made for a different and very enjoyable texture. Thanks for posting!

I had 2 fat meaty portabello mushrooms (one of my favourite) and really enjoyed them with the touch of parmesan cheese and served with some buttered wholemeal/wholegrain toast for a very satisfying breakfast. Thank you Baby Kato, made for Aussie/Kiwi Recipe Swap #56 September 2011.

What a simple and very tasty mushroom dish. I made this for my second oldest and myself since we are the only ones who like shrooms in the family. The wonderful thing about this recipe is that it will pair well with any meat, or pasta dish. Or, we could easily double it and make it a meal by itself-lol. Thanks for posting BK. Made and reviewed for the 54th AUS/NZ Recipe Swap.
