That was so easy to do for a weeknight. It doesn't take a lot of time. I used pre-sliced mushrooms, so that was easier. The taste is very good. DH said it tasted too much the balsamic vinegar but for me it was perfect. Thanks Chef Dudo :) Made for PAC Spring 2013
Wonderful mushroom dish!! I used white mushrooms and 5 cloves of garlic. Hubby said it's a go!! Made for Fall PAC 2012.
These mushrooms are REALLY GOOD!! I did add a little extra garlic..go figure :) Just served as an appetizer with good crusty bread....dip in sauce!!! Made for PAC wpring '09
This is good! I didn't have enough 'shrooms so I threw in a sliced onion too. I used organic portobellos and served them with burgers and salad. Really great combination of flavors. :)
Tiger cooked those mushrooms for me as I asked him to cook something from my two chefs I adopted in 'pick a chef' in autumn 05. They tasted great. He served them as a side dish to Chef Dudo's Garlic and Lime Chicken, but I think it would be best served with red meat and in particular game. Tiger doubled the amount of garlic by mistake (he halved the amount of mushrooms), but it still tasted very good. Thank you for that lovely side dish, I might cook it again as an accompaniment to deer.
These are very tasty! I did have to add a pinch of sugar to tone down the sharpness a bit, but other than that wonderful! I let the mushrooms absorb all the juices and they were wonderful. A grand combination of ingredients.
