  1. Defrost phyllo.
  2. Chop mushrooms in processor.
  3. Saute mushrooms, shallots and garlic. Cook until juice evaporates.
  4. Combine with the rest. Lay down a phyllo sheet in a pan.
  5. Spray with cooking spray.
  6. Repeat 5 more layers.
  7. Spoon in mushroom mixture. Add the rest of the phyllo.
  8. Bake 15 minutes at 400.

I made this recipe and it was delicious. However, what do you do with the melba toast? I left it out and it was still nice, though.
