Very good meatloaf which I am having the leftovers for meatloaf sandwiches tomorrow. This is one of the only meatloaves that I made that didn't fall apart on me. Thanks Heather for a winning recipe!
Really enjoyed it, but found the meaty part a bit bland. I think I'll either throw garlic, worcestershire, or BBQ sauce in next time, and that might bring it up to the 5-star rating. Definitely adding it to my recipe book! Thanks HeatherFeather!

This was indeed a very unique meatloaf that we loved. It was very similar in flavor to a Beef Wellington as a previous reviewer stated. Served it with garlic parmesan mashed potatoes. Will be making this again.
This was delicious! It was easier to make then Beef Wellington and had all the same greatness! Truly a repeat recipe for my family.
Made this for dinner last night, Heather, and it was received very well! Here's the twist I added:to the first half of the meat mix I made a well and added 2 slices of provolone, then added the stuffing and 2 more slices of provolone. After that I used the rest of the meat to seal it up. Yummy!!
