I don't usually do more then add garlic powder, pepper & worstershire to my burger meat, so this was a real treat. I cut the recipe down to one serving using 1/3 lb of ground beef and I pan fried it. The first bite oozed and juiced down my plate, I was thinking maybe I should have blotted the mushrooms before adding to the center, but oh well, it tasted great. Part way through the whole thing started to disintergrate a little so this not a burger for the neat and fastidious : ) Grab you napkins and maybe a bib, but try the burger! Thanks Sharon! These were really tasty! Had problems sticking the patties together but that might be because I used very lean ground beef. The mushrooms add a nice flavor to the burgers... I even forgot to add the cheese at the end!! ;) Thanks Sharon! :)

Holy cow, what a tasty burger. My DH and I both love sauteed mushrooms so i thought this sounded interesting. They were very juicy and flavorful and the mushrooms were great! Wonderful recipe (allthough beware, the burgers are huge :-) We will be making these alot in the summer.
