This was simply SUPERB!! Tender, wonderful flavor. I only whished it could have been browner on the outside. It was very pale, but registered and was done. Maybe I will cut back on the baking time and run it under the broiler at the last minute. Next time I will also cut them in half for easier handling when trying to wrap the bacon around them. I will make this for company many more times. Thanks for all your wonderful recipes! Ingrid/Koechin

Flattening a whole pork tenderloin is a very awkward thing. It needs to be butterflied or cut into a spiral to flatten it. Otherwise it sounds great!

Delicious! This was my first time stuffing a pork loin and it was much easier than I thought it would be. Cooking time was spot on. I did take another reviewers suggestion and turned the broiler on for a few minutes at the very end to crisp up the bacon. A definite make again. Thanks, Kitten!

Wow! Kitten this was so good, we really enjoyed this flavourful dish. The pork was juicy and tender, the bacon was crispy, the mushrooms, onions and pecans were flavourful and added texture. A great company dish, is quick and easy to make, tastes wonderful and looks great. A repeat performer at my house...thanks for sharing.
