A delicious sauce to serve over London broil or other beef of your choice
- 1 (10 ounce) package baby portabella mushrooms
- olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup steak sauce
- 1⁄4 cup dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Saute mushrooms in a little olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat for 5 mins., stirring occasionally.
- In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients and add to mushrooms. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minute Serve over beef.
