  1. In serving bowl toss the mushrooms with the lemon juice until slices are slightly moistened.
  2. Add green onions oil and salt and toss again.
  3. Chill before serving.
  4. Serve on bed of lettuce.

Made it just the way the recipe calls for and it is terrific. Let it rest for a while in the refrigerator for the flavors to meld.

A good side dish to BBQ'd steak & baked potatoes! I scaled the recipe in half, used sea salt and, as Cliff suggested, made it early in the day. Thanx Fluffy!
