This is very good! I did use about 2 T. of butter instead of 1 as I felt I needed more. I also used all button mushrooms. Once I drained the noodles I tossed them into the pan with the mushrooms. At that point it was not visually appealing to me, it look to "white" so I drizzled some mushroom soy sauce on top. That did the trick once I tossed it around. I used roast beef ramen and it was absolutely delicious!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles (any flavor)
  • 1 lb sliced wild mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter


  1. Soak 1 packet ramen noodles (any flavor) in warm water, 5 minutes; drain.
  2. Stir-fry 1 pound sliced wild mushrooms and the ramen flavor packet in a cast-iron skillet with vegetable oil, 3 minutes; transfer to a plate.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon butter and the noodles to the skillet, toss 1 minute, then add the mushrooms.
