Threw together what I had on hand to make a nutritious lettuce wrap spread & what resulted was good enough to share & make again!
- Dice mushrooms & place in bowl. Mix with vinaigrette. Let sit 5 minutes to marinate a bit.
- While mushrooms are marinating, prepare avocado & cilantro.
- Add remaining ingredients to bowl & mash avocado as you are mixing together.
What a delicious twist. One of those "why didn't I think of that?" ingredients. Your simple addition of mushrooms gives the guacamole some texture. THANKS for sharing Christina.
