  • In a skillet, melt the butter and lightly fry onion until golden.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until the liquid they release is absorbed.
  • Add the salt, the cream and mix well.
  • Add the parsley and the pepper to taste.
  • Fill your crepes!
