Another recipe from Kristina TV. Make your crepes and fill them up with this easy, creamy mushroom filling!
- 20 g butter
- 1⁄2 cup onion
- 500 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- In a skillet, melt the butter and lightly fry onion until golden.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until the liquid they release is absorbed.
- Add the salt, the cream and mix well.
- Add the parsley and the pepper to taste.
- Fill your crepes!
