  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. FILLING:.
  3. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Set aside.
  6. Combine eggs, cream, ground beef, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Put 1/2 of the mixture into a loaf pan.
  8. Make a shallow trough down the center of the meat.
  9. Spoon mushroom filling into the trough.
  10. Shape remaining meat mixture on a piece of waxed paper to cover the meat loaf.
  11. Seal around all edges.
  12. Bake for 1 hour.
  13. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
  15. Stir together the sour cream, horseradish, salt, paprika and poppy seeds.
  16. Heat over low heat until hot.
  17. Serve over sliced meatloaf.
