A labor of love, but this was so good. I made this for my boyfriends birthday dinner and we really liked it the Farro added more of a bite to it than regular Risotto. I soaked mine overnight as instructed, oops and forgot it while we went out for breakfast and lunch, but it was still toothy after cooking, so no harm done! Thank you so much for posting.
