  1. Goodness! We've never had hungarian chops before but this is by far the best chops I've ever tasted. I doubled the onion (sliced thin) and add more milk (we just LOVE onions in gravy), just for personal preference. Served over rice. The ultimate comfort food. Thank you!

  2. This was delicious! The pork chops were so tender and juicy and the flavors all blended very nicely. Notes: I used whole button mushrooms instead of sliced and also had bought bone-in rather than boneless pork chops by mistake, so I used them anyway and it came out great. The meat was fork tender. Easy to prepare, with accurate instructions. Wonderful.

  3. YUMMY!! This recipe has all of my favorite ingredients, EXCEPT garlic, so I added about 1/2 tsp (OK, maybe 1 tsp.) garlic powder to the sauce. I used 4 boneless sirloin chops, leaving lots of yummy sauce to serve over rice. Thanks for posting!! ~Manda

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
