Mushroom Chicken Pizza

Another way to use deli chicken and call it pizza. What's not to like with these tasty ingredients. Recipe from Taste of Home and altered to our needs.

Ingredients:

Serves: 6

Yield: 1.0 15x10x1

• 1 (14 ounce) package pizza dough
• 1 (6 ounce) can italian tomato paste
• 1 ½ cups cooked chicken breasts , cubed
• 2 cups grape tomatoes , halved
• ½ cup fresh mushrooms , sliced
• ¼ cup ripe olives , sliced
• 1⁄8; teaspoon garlic salt
• 1⁄8; teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8; teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese , shredded

Directions:

1. Press dough onto the bottom of a 15-inch x 10-inch x 1 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
2. Prick crust with a fork.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
4. Spread tomato paste over crust to within 1/2 inch of edges.
5. Top with the chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
6. Drizzle with oil.
7. Sprinkle with cheese.
8. Bake 13-16 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
