So good! We really enjoyed this breakfast. Had it with some whole grain toast. You really can't go wrong with mushrooms and cheese. We used the shallots.

The gruyere cheese has just enough flavor to meld all the ingrienients into one taste treat. I used half & half. The omelet recipe I used was Easy Omelet for One. Lovely brunch thanks echoecho

This was oh so tasty! I didn't have any cayenne or green onion, so I used finely minced spanish onion. I love MUSHROOMS, and this was a great way to enjoy them! Thank you for the great breakfast treat! :)

This was quite different from what I'm used to but I think it made a lovely, gourmet breadfast! I halved the recipe, using red onion in place of green. I used half and half. Thanks eebrag!
