- 29.58 ml vegetable oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 59.14 59.14 ml beef or 59.14 ml pork
- 59.14 ml sliced onion
- 59.14 ml matchstick carrot
- 59.14 ml shredded bamboo shoot
- 59.14 ml dried black fungus, shredded soak until soft
- 118.29 ml shredded green cabbage
- 9.85 ml oyster sauce
- 2.46 ml sugar
- 1.23 ml salt
- 0.61 ml white pepper
- 0.25 ml sesame oil
- 4 menlo egg roll wraps
directions
- Preheat oil in wok. Stir fry meat until opaque (if not pre-cooked). Stir-fry egg, then add carrots and onion (and meat if precooked); cook about 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry until cabbage is wilted. Wrap in to egg roll wrappers, and garnish with mushi sauce, sesame seeds, and shredded green onion.
