"from lois lind a anadama type roll made with cornmeal and flour and yeast i think i would cutthis down some it will make alot like in 4ths lol the recipe calls for 1 package of yeast but i would put in at least 2 and the amount of flour was not specified "just enough flour to make a soft dough" so im guessing"

  • mix boiling water and corn meal
  • let cool.
  • add sugar
  • and salt
  • and enough flour to make a batter
  • add yeast
  • beat 5 minutes
  • add more flour to make a soft dough
  • let rise 1 /12 hours i would let rise until at least double
  • make into rolls let rise again until double
  • bake 374
  • 20 -25 minutes.
