  1. Mix flour and sugar in large bowl.
  2. Pour buttermilk in while mixing gently with spoon until it looks combined and comes together.
  3. Heat a frying pan on low/med heat adding a light smear of oil.
  4. Flour your hands and take half the mixture, put on 6 inch frying pan and press lightly to fill the pan.
  5. Cook for 8-10 mins each side.
  6. Enjoy warm with real butter.
